We hereby invite you to participate in the EXERTER Annual Stakeholder Workshop. In the Annual
Workshop, EXERTER will present selected topics connected to this year’s scenario, which is the Oslo
bombing in 2011. Relevant aspects within EXERTER this year have thus concerned for example
precursor regulation, detection within short time limits, mitigation action in urban environments and
post blast examinations. At the workshop, speakers both from EXERTER and external experts, have
been invited to share their experiences and knowledge in these fields.

Introduction to EXERTER and the Oslo scenario
Invited speakers on topics such as:
- Consequences for the Norwegian police in terms of preparations, mitigation strategies
resulting from the Breivik attack.
- PREVENTIVE tools and projects
- Precursor regulations
- DETECTION tools and projects
Visit to the attack site of the 22 July attack in Oslo

- Reducing consequences of an attack, by Mrs. Heggelund (National Centre for Protection of
Buildings, Norwegian Defence Estates Agency – NDEA), SHIELD
- Post-blast investigation following the attack, by Kripos

- By metro: The closest station to travel via metro (or T-Bane in Norwegian) is the “Brynseng”.

- By train: The closest station is “Bryn” if you arrive via the regular train.

- By plane: If you arrive at Oslo Lufthavn Gardermoen https://avinor.no/en/airport/oslo-airport/

We recommend the airport express train “Flytoget”. It stops in Oslo. The fare is 196 NOK to Oslo, it takes approx. 19 min and departes every 10 min. Use the “Flytoget” app or www.flytoget.no for timetables and tickets. There are also regular trains from the airport to Oslo.

- By taxi: Taxis offer fixed prices from the airport to Oslo which vary around 650-750 NOK one way to Oslo.
